In-Plant Rug Cleaning

1. Pre-Inspection
After reviewing the rug for any apparent special conditions, we will ask for the customer's work authorization. With written documentation, the rug will be tagged, cleaned and invoiced accordingly.

2. Dusting
Dry Particulate Soil Evacuation - removal of dry soil & grit



3. Pre-Spot
Stain removal, gum, candle wax, rust, coffee, etc.

4. Wash

Submerge & wash both sides triple rinse





5. Dry
Climate controlled dry room, where both temperature and humidity are monitored automatically to provide the best drying environment.

6. Finishing
Hand wash fringes, comb & cut, vacuum, wrap in kraft paper.

Restoration
Native craftsmen can overcast or hand-fringe oriental rugs, serge sides, cashmere or re-weave moth damage tears, rips, re-sew, salvage & touch up and colorize worn spots.
